Online Returns Policy
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from chameleonboutique.co.uk, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons for example lingerie and swimwear. This does not effect your statutory rights.
You must inform chameleon boutique via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched via
e-mail or calling our customer service number. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Faulty goods
Any verified faulty goods will be replaced or refunded at our expense.
Returning an item
Having notified us of your wish to cancel your order (as stated above) please return the item or items to us
in their original condition complete with labels within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of
your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow
10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are
non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If you consider an item to be faulty please return the item to us with an accompanying letter explaining what you
think the problem is. We will inspect the item and where necessary return it to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. In the event that the item is no longer available you will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Please allow 30 days for this but we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as we can
